Student Evaluation of Faculty Overview

ºìÌÒÊÓƵ uses Qualtrics to obtain student feedback. Students now access the Qualtrics evaluation forms through Moodle.

To access the evaluations:

  1. Go to  and log in with your usual ºìÌÒÊÓƵ username and password.
  2. Find your course page by clicking “My courses” and following the link to your course page.
  3. On the course page, click the “Course Evaluations” link.

  4. You will see a page that includes information about the evaluations you are asked to complete for your courses and buttons that will take you to each evaluation form. Click the buttons to complete the evaluations.

Click on the General Faculty Evaluation button for a quantitative survey and a feedback section. The Committee on Advancement and Tenure and your instructor see the aggregate data from the quantitative survey. For the feedback section, just your instructor sees this information.

The Narrative Evaluation for CAT is information that the Committee on Advancement and Tenure sees.
