Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 12:30 pm - 5 pm. Tuesdays: 10 am - noon and 1 pm - 5 pm. Fridays: 10:30 am -noon and 1 pm - 5 pm
What I Do:
- Maintain and monitor the department’s portfolio of projects including budgets and expenditures
- Manage and organize hardware and software contracts and coordinate payments
- Manage department budget and monitor contracts with outside vendors
- Prepare and distribute various budget related reports on weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc basis
- Provide project management coordination and tracking for interdepartmental projects for department directors
- Consult administrative departmental staff to gather information including follow up responsibilities for timely completion of tasks
- Deploy, develop and maintain project management software product to assist in project coordination efforts for all divisions of department
- Provide monthly project status reports
- Support project communications and schedule and use software to track projects, including producing reports for coordination and documentation
- Assist in managing and and overseeing administrative operations of the office, including ordering technology related campus purchases, processing vendor and internal departmental invoices, reconciling department P-Cards and maintaining office inventory supplies
